We have 12 machining centers, 240 CNCs, 5 forging lines and 80 other

Our manufacturing equipment for fittings consists of 194 LNC (Lathe Numeric Control) machines, 8 VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines, and 1 compound machine. These machines enable you to efficiently produce fittings with a maximum work diameter of 51mm (190mm) and a maximum processing length of 200mm.
The combination of 42 LNC machines, 4 VHC machines, 15 VMC machines, 8 HMC machines, and 35 other machines enables you to handle the manufacturing of hydraulic machine products efficiently. The different types of machines allow for various machining operations, such as turning, milling, and drilling, to meet the specific requirements of hydraulic components.
The inclusion of metal forming equipment such as electric presses and a hydraulic hammer, along with the heat treatment equipment, enhances your manufacturing capabilities by providing options for shaping and modifying metal components. These capabilities position our facility to handle a wide range of metalworking projects, including fittings, hydraulic machine products, and other metal-formed components, while ensuring the desired material properties through heat treatment processes.
